Summertime and the livin’ is easy… we love summer here at Fynder (I mean who doesn’t)? Biking around London, drinks in the garden, outdoor yoga… we could go on! The summer also brings with it however, complications for fitness studios. Cancelled classes for summertime schedules, instructors on hols and improvised venues. And as we ease back into Autumn, times they are a changin’ again and studios are revamping schedules, breaking out new class prices and generally getting ‘back to school’ ready! How can Fynder help? Read on for more about our new features (hint…hide locations and class packs).
Hide Locations
Taught on the rooptop all summer but with rainy September looming time to close up that particular shop ? No problem! You can now hide that location from appearing on your schedule. Head to the ‘Locations’ tab within Fynder admin. Click ‘Edit’ on the location you would like to hide, scroll down the page to where you have the option to ‘Save’ your location.
Here on the left, in-line with the ‘Save’ button, you will see the status of the location. You can click to set it as ‘active’ or ‘inactive’.
As easy as that! Toggle on and off, as and when you require.
Hide Class Packs
New prices for Autumn? Or just want to offering a limited-time class pack offer? Like locations, you can now hide any class pack from appearing on your schedule, but allow clients who have already purchased that pack to still use those credits. Head to the ‘Class Packs’ tab within Fynder admin. Click ‘Edit’ on the class pack you would like to hide, scroll down the page to where you have the option to ‘Save’ your class pack.
Here on the left, in-line with the ‘Save’ button, you will see the status of the class pack. You can click to set it as ‘active’ or ‘inactive’.

Filtering Instructors from the Schedule
Instructors in the system who aren’t teaching at the moment? Sorted. In the ‘Sort by Instructors’ list in your schedule, Fynder’s clever brain now automatically only shows in the schedule the trainers that are active (i.e. scheduled in to teach a class). Awesome.
